PURPOSE: A towing device for a crawler vehicle is provided to conveniently connect a towing part and a towed part regardless of a gap between the towing part and towed part. CONSTITUTION: A towing device for a crawler vehicle comprises a main bar(110), a sub-bar(120), and a fixing part(130). A first coupling part(112) is formed on one side of the main bar. The other side of the main bar is opened. One side of the sub-bar is movably coupled to the other side of the main bar, and the other side thereof has a second coupling part(122). The fixing part fixes and couples the main bar and the sub-bar.
