SOLAR ENERGY DEVICES FOR PUBLIC BUILDING SIMULTANEOUSLY USE SOLAR THERMAL AND PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A solar energy device utilizing sunlight and solar heat simultaneously for an apartment building is provided to improve power generation more by generating power with sunlight and solar heat simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy device utilizing sunlight and solar heat simultaneously for an apartment building comprises solar generators(10) and a solar heat system(20). Solar cell modules of the solar generators are respectively installed in the outer wall surfaces/or balconies of each household. The solar generators convert the sunlight of the solar cell into electricity and charge rechargeable batteries installed in each household with the converted electricity. The solar device includes: a collector(21) which collects the solar heat by being installed on the roof of the apartment building; and a heat storing tank which makes a thermal medium to be flown in and out by being connected to the collector and supplies and recovers hot water to/from each household.
