PURPOSE: A vehicle door frame bending apparatus and method are provided to easily bend frames for different types of vehicles by employing a universal line for mounting dies corresponding to a desired vehicle type. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle door frame bending apparatus comprises a dies unit(200) which is formed with a plurality of dies supports(210) for mounting frame bending dies and can rotatively move, a dies supply unit(100) supplying dies(220) to the dies unit, a fame supply unit(300) supplying a frame to be bent to the dies, a tension unit(400) providing tension to both ends of the frame to bend the frame supplied to the dies, and a control unit which controls each unit to be automatically operated according to grogram.
