PURPOSE: Oil cooling apparatus of an automatic transmission for vehicles is provided to form an oil pipe into a spiral shape, thereby improving oil cooling performance. CONSTITUTION: A condensate tank(100) includes a condensate inlet(110) and a condensate outlet(120). The condensate tank receives and stores the condensate which an air conditioning device(300) discharges. The condensate tank discharges the stored condensate. An oil pipe(200) is formed into a spiral shape. Both ends of the oil pipe are connected to a transmission(400).
