<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the depth of a vehicular step to a depth conforming to a service standard for a passenger vehicle when a passenger gets on and off the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A movement footboard 1 joined to an existing vehicle step S to form an expanded area is set such that movement footboard 1 reciprocates freely between a storage position X at which the movement footboard 1 is disposed horizontally above the vehicle step S so that the front end of the movement footboard 1 does not stick out of the vehicle step S, and an overhanging position Y at which the movement footboard 1 is connected to the vehicle step S in front thereof on the same plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
