<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can improve work efficiency of assembling, disassembling, maintenance, and the like of an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 is provided with, at a position which is opposite to a transferring surface of a toner image on a sheet P and is in between a transfer position where the toner image on a photoreceptor drum 8 is transferred to the sheet P and a fixing unit 14, a wheel 15c which guides the sheet P to the fixing unit while keeping it in a point contact state, in order to prevent the transferring surface of the toner image of the sheet P from contacting with a separating claw 15b or the like. The wheel 15c is supported in such a manner that if a load of a predetermined value or more is applied, the entirety of the wheel 15c moves to the inner side of the periphery of a support body, and if the load is released, it goes back to an original state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
