<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component capable of implementing a high common mode impedance at the same frequency, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The coil component includes a lower magnetic material 110, primary and secondary lower patterns 121, 122 provided spirally side by side on the lower magnetic material 110, a lower insulation layer 130 covering these primary and secondary lower patterns 121, 122, primary and secondary upper patterns 141, 142 connected electrically with the primary and secondary lower patterns 121, 122, respectively, and provided spirally side by side on the lower magnetic material 130 corresponding to the primary and secondary lower patterns 121, 122, and an upper magnetic material 150 provided on these primary and secondary upper patterns 141, 142.
