<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet analyzer, system, and evaluation method that evaluate packet quality in multiple sections through a single point of monitoring, and determines where the packet quality deteriorates. <P>SOLUTION: A packet analyzer that evaluates quality of packet communication using the tunneling protocol detects a loss in received tunneling protocol packets. In addition, the packet analyzer detects a loss in user packets included in the tunneling protocol packets, and determines whether the packet loss occurred in a communication section between packet switches or in a communication section for user packets to a packet switch according to the detection result of tunneling protocol packet loss and the detection result of user packet loss. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
