METHOD OF FORMING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a thermoplastic resin film by melting and extruding a resin composition containing two or more kinds of resins where the burning of the resin on a filter is suppressed, and the clogging of the filter and the contamination of foreign matters and streak defects of an obtained film are suppressed.

SOLUTION: The method of forming the thermoplastic resin film includes: a process of filling molten material of a low-viscosity resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin (a) in the filter; a process of supplying a high-viscosity resin composition containing the thermoplastic resin (a) and a thermoplastic resin b to the filter 10 filled with the molten material of the low-viscosity resin composition, and filtering and discharging the molten material of the low-viscosity resin composition; a process of filtering the molten material of the high-viscosity resin composition by the filter 10; and a process of extruding the molten material of the filtered high-viscosity resin composition in a film shape. A melt viscosity of the thermoplastic resin (a) is lower than a melt viscosity of the thermoplastic resin b.
