PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to stably accommodate a core in a base manufactured with plastic working. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor(100) includes fluid pressure bearing assembly(110) comprising a shaft(111), a first sleeve(112-1), a rotor hub(121), a stopper(111a), and a cover member(113) and a rotor(130) comprising a rotor hub(121). A stator includes a core(131) which is wound with another coil(132).
