摘要 PURPOSE: A method for calculating a reliability index of a power system including a wind power generator and a calculating device thereof are provided to calculate the reliability index by applying a power generation state changed in real time. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit receives generator data, transmission line data, load data, and wind feature data of a power generation system including a wind power generator(S110). A data processing unit generates a multi-state output model and uses the multi-state output model to calculate an effective load lasting curve of the power generator(S160). The data processing unit recalculates a deterministic reliability index and a probabilistic reliability index based on the amount of load reduction calculated to satisfy a reference management reserve rate(S170).
