PURPOSE: A window and door system which uses an electroluminescence sheet is provided to be used to be suitable for the biorhythm of a user by controlling color temperature and brightness which change with time. CONSTITUTION: An emotional lighting control unit(3) is equipped on frames of windows and doors. The emotional lighting control unit controls an electroluminescence sheet at the color temperature and brightness of natural light according multiple emotional lighting modes. The multiple emotional lighting modes include a tidal flow emotional lighting mode and an active emitting mode. The tidal flow emotional lighting mode automatically changes the color temperature and brightness of the electroluminescence sheet with time. The active light emitting mode makes each electroluminescence sheet to be flickered according to multiple flickering periods.
