<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve capable of preventing a body from being greatly damaged, even when seat replacement is carried out repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: The diaphragm valve includes: a body 2l; a seat 4 detachably disposed in the peripheral edge of a fluid passage 2a formed on the body 2; and a seat holder 5 detachably disposed with respect to the body 2 to hold the seat 4.
