PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for molding a PTP or blister pack (sheet for the PTP or for blister pack) where the sheet which can exhibit excellent dispersibility in an organic coloring pigment (uneven distribution of the organic coloring pigment in the sheet is small) and in which the occurrence of the bleed-out of the organic coloring pigment is reduced (or the bleed-out does not occur).

SOLUTION: The sheet for the PTP or the blister pack for packaging medicines contains: a component (A) obtained by mixing the organic coloring pigment (a1) having a 20-400 nm average particle size with a dispersant (a2) having 100-3,000 number average molecular weight; and a resin component (B).
