<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic support structure of an optical vibration-proof device, which prevents plastic deformation in an imaging optical axis direction when an optical lens drops. <P>SOLUTION: An optical vibration-proof device 1 includes a movable portion 10, a compensation unit 20, and a plurality of suspension wires 5. A lens 105 is mounted in the movable portion 10. The compensation unit 20 faces the movable portion 10 and is located on the same imaging optical axis 7 as the movable portion 10. Both ends of each of the suspension wires 5 are connected to the movable portion 10 and the compensation unit 20. An upper flat spring 108 is disposed on the movable portion 10. Each of the suspension wires 5 has one end part connected onto an outer peripheral side arm portion 1081 and at least one auxiliary portion 1082 and has the other end part connected to the compensation unit 20, so that the movable portion 10 and the compensation unit 20 face each other and are spaced from each other by a prescribed gap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
