PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic conversion apparatus which improves a waterproof function without changing the shape of a speaker.

SOLUTION: A controller 11 controls a sound volume supplied to an electrodynamic speaker 18, which is provided with a waterproof structure using an elastic adhesive becoming a rubber-like elastic body after hardening, so as to avoid exceeding an input power upper limit Wu fixed with a temperature detected in the vicinity of the speaker 18. In other words, the waterproof function is improved without changing the shape of the speaker by avoiding the deterioration of reliability in the waterproof function by relaxing a stress applied to an adhesive portion 25.
