PURPOSE: A light source module and a head lamp including the same are provided to reduce drop in brightness of the light which is emitted from a light emitting element of a light source module, and to protect a wire by controlling the height of a barrier, and to control the angle of beam spread. CONSTITUTION: A light source module includes a substrate(210); a light emitting element array(200) which is arranged on the substrate; and a barrier(130) which is arranged on the periphery of the light emitting element array. The barrier is made of transparent glass.
