PURPOSE: A binding assembly is provided to enable a child or a disable person to easily tighten or loosen a tie, thereby conveniently applying the assembly to a target. CONSTITUTION: A binding assembly comprises a binding frame(10), a pulling tie(20), and a tightening tie. The binding frame includes a base, a pressing member, two pivotal ears, a transverse segment, a longitudinal segment, a pulling tie hole, a tightening tie hole, a tie fastening holder, and two separating members. The pulling tie includes two end parts inserted through the pulling tie holes of the tie fastening holders. The tightening tie includes two end parts which are respectively inserted over the separating members and inserted through the second-hole segments of the tie fastening holders along a second direction opposite to a first direction. |
