PRECAST OCHER WALL FRAMEWORK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A precast yellow ocher wall and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably form a wall by improving the insulation performance and wall frame fixing strength. CONSTITUTION: A precast yellow ocher wall manufacturing method comprises the following steps: assembling a lattice wall frame(100) using a wooden material; forming a wall framework(300) by fixing a joint hardware(200) while offsetting the wall frame; and attaching a steel plate(400) to the outside of the wall framework and filling a filler(600) which is made of chaff charcoal and yellow ocher into the wall framework. The joint hardware is made of band steel. Both ends of the band steel are formed with a curved part. The band steel and the curved part are equipped with a borehole.
