摘要 PURPOSE: High Cr ferritic/martensitic steel having an improved creep resistance for in-core component materials in a nuclear reactor and a preparation method thereof are provided to manufacture high Cr ferritic/martensitic steel capable of maintaining high yield strength and tensile strength at high temperatures, thereby being used as a Gen IV SFR(Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor). CONSTITUTION: High Cr ferritic/martensitic steel comprises carbon of 0.04-0.13wt.%, silicon of 0.03-0.07wt.%, manganese of 0.40-0.50wt.%, nickel of 0.40-0.50wt.%, chrome of 8.5-9.5wt.%, molybdenum of 0.45-0.55wt.%, vanadium of 0.10-0.25wt.%, tantalum of 0.02-0.10wt.%, niobium of 0.21-0.25wt.%, tungsten of 1.5-3.0wt.%, nitrogen of 0.015-0.025wt.%, boron of 0.01-0.02wt.%, and iron of the remaining amount.
