摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube sensor and a method for preparing a carbon nanotube solution for the same are provided to simply measure the state of edible fats and oil. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a carbon nanotube solution which forms a carbon nanotube film of a carbon nanotube sensor comprises: a step of dissolving catechin in distilled water and preparing a catechin solution(S100); a step of dissolving a carbon nanotube in the catechin solution and preparing a catechin-carbon nanotube solutions(S110); a step of dispersing the catechin-carbon nanotube solution using an ultrasonicator(S120); and a step of removing a carbon nanotube bundle from the catechin-carbon nanotube solution by a centrifuge(S130). The catechin is epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG), epigallocatechin(EGC), epicatechin gallate(ECG), or epicatechin(EC). The catechin is extracted from green tea, white tea, black tea, or oolong tea.
