<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that is excellent in heat resistance and transparency and soluble in an aqueous alkaline solution, a resin film for optical material comprising the same, and an optical waveguide using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for optical material includes (A) an acid-modified vinyl group-containing epoxy resin having a urethane structure, (B) a polymerizable compound, and (C) a polymerization initiator. Preferably the amount of component (A) is 10-85 mass% to the total amount of components (A) and (B), the amount of component (B) is 15-90 mass% to the total amount of components (A) and (B), and the amount of component (C) is 0.1-10 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the total amount of components (A) and (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
