<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data communication in a state in which a load is reduced as opposed to increase in the number of connection requests by inhibiting the number of connection ports to be generated, even when the number of connection requests from data communication devices of connection destinations increase. <P>SOLUTION: A server device, which performs data communication by connecting a plurality of data communication devices with an image processing device through a network, establishes communication between the image processing device and one portable device according to a generated connection port, and then receives a connection request from an other portable device which wishes to use the established communication. When it is determined that the generated connection port can be shared and used on the basis of specific information from the other portable device from which the new connection request has been received, communication connection which uses the connection port used by the portable device of a connection source is branched, and the other portable device of a connection destination is connected with the portable device of the connection source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
