<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user without causing an operator to support and cope therewith and reflect an empirically ascertained coping method to a support. <P>SOLUTION: The inspecting/coping server collects data (unsatisfactory item data) of items that a user feels unsatisfactory about some electric products 10A and 10B as support objects and inspection data obtained by inspecting the electric products 10A and 10B, and extracts feature points of the electric products 10A and 10B to which the user feels unsatisfactory, from the collected inspection data. When a user feels unsatisfactory about a predetermined electric product 10, the user requires to retrieve a coping method and transmits the inspection data of the electric product 10.
