METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING RUBBER HOSE OF CAR RADIATOR

PURPOSE: A method and a device to manufacture a rubber hose for cooling a vehicle are provided to stabilize the size of an internal and external diameter of a rubber hose by press-manufacturing through the consideration of the physical properties of a rubber material. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture a rubber hose for cooling a vehicle comprises: a step of press-molding a rubber tube(2) for the inner skin using an inner skin extruder; a step of coating a reinforcing yarn on the rubber tube; a step of coating an outer skin rubber coating layer(6) by press-molding through an outer skin extruder(16); and a step of passing the rubber tube for the inner skin to an outer skin molding hole of an outer skin molding frame(18) using a drawing force applied to a discharging side of the outer skin extruder and completing the rubber hose by forming the outer skin rubber coating layer through the coating to the rubber tube of the inner skin.
