<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that does not damage a heat insulation panel in assembling a cabinet by combining walls. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator has an outer box 10, an inner box 11, and a box cabinet configured by combining a wall 16 having a heat insulation panel 22 between the outer box 10 with the inner box 11 together with the other wall 18.
