摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate switching device using solenoid valves, and maintaining not only a fully open condition and a fully closed condition but also a rate of valve opening therebetween. <P>SOLUTION: This flow rate switching device 1 includes a first solenoid valve 5 and a second solenoid valve 7 which are stored in a case body 3. The first solenoid valve 5 includes a first valve element 5a, and a first electromagnet 5h to drive the first valve element 5a for opening/closing. The first valve element 5a is movably stored in a direction approaching and separating with respect to the bottom surface 3b of the case body 3, and is formed with a first opening 5b to overlap with a part facing the inflow port 3c of the case body 3 and a second opening 5c provided in a part not facing the inflow port 3c. The second solenoid valve 7 has a second valve element 7a, and a second electromagnet 7h to drive the second valve element 7a for opening/closing. The second valve element 7a is formed to have a size closing the first opening 5b, and is movably stored in a direction approaching and separating with respect to the first valve element 3a between the first valve element 5a and the ceiling surface 3d of the case body 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
