<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a processing tool from being disengaged from a base plate to inhibit a processing failure and a trouble of a processing device from occurring, in a wooden mold. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a ruling tool 1a and a cutting tool 1b which act as a metallic processing tool for processing a cardboard S by operative sections 3 located at their apical ends in association with the rising and falling movement of the wooden mold 11 mounted to a die cutter acting as the processing device by inserting a basal portion 2 into a groove 13 formed at a wooden base plate 12 to fit the basal portion on the base plate 12 and to make a wooden mold 11. At least one lateral side of the basal portion 2 is formed with recesses 4 and protrusions 5 along edges of the recesses 4. Wood fibers 12a of the base plate 12 intrude into the recesses 4 to cause the wood fibers 12a to be stuck with the protrusions 5 and therefore even if the wooden mold 11 mounted to the die cutter goes up and down at high speed, the ruling tool 1a and the cutting tool 1b are prevented from being disengaged from the base plate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
