PURPOSE: An engine encapsulation structure of a vehicle is provided to promote the optimization of the heat management of an engine room for improving cooling performance, thereby improving related performance such as fuel efficiency, noise proofing, and aero dynamics. CONSTITUTION: An engine encapsulation structure of a vehicle comprises an engine room encapsulation member(110) and an underbody encapsulation member(120). The engine room encapsulation member is installed inside the engine room to be covered the upper part of a power train in which an engine(21) and a transmission(22) are assembled. The underbody encapsulation member is installed to be covered the lower part of the power train.
