PURPOSE: A communication resource using method in an M2M(Machine-to-Machine) cloud environment and a system thereof are provided to prevent a bandwidth encroachment or communication down phenomenon or down phenomenon of an M2M cloud service server by classifying M2M cloud service terminals into service groups and providing a flexible service according to resources of the M2M cloud service server. CONSTITUTION: M2M cloud service terminals(100-1~100-N) receive service groups about a cloud service. An M2M cloud service server(200) allocates the service groups of the M2M cloud service terminals and provides the cloud service based on the service groups according to a service request.
