PURPOSE: A method for issuing electronic marketable securities and a member store terminal therefor are provided to conveniently issue the electronic marketable securities to a user by issuing the electronic marketable securities including an authentication code generated by the member store terminal to a mobile terminal of the user. CONSTITUTION: A member store terminal receives a request for electronic marketable securities(S310). The member store terminal obtains an authentication code(S320). The member store terminal issues the electronic marketable securities including the obtained authentication code to a mobile terminal(S330). The member store terminal transmits information about the electronic marketable securities to a marketable security management server(S340).
