PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided to increase aperture of a panel by decreasing design area. CONSTITUTION: A first power line(110) is formed with a gate line on an A layer among a plurality of layers forming a panel constituted with an organic light emitting diode, and connects pixels respectively. A second power line(120) is formed in parallel with a data line on a B layer different from the A layer. A first switching unit(130) applies or blocks a first driving power source to the first power line. A second switching unit(140) is formed in a display area, and connects or disconnects the first power line and the second power line electrically.
