THE COLOR COATING METHOD FOR ATOMIZED SLAG BALL

PURPOSE: A color coating method for atomized slag balls is provided to improve the surface durability of the slag balls, and to increase coloring stability. CONSTITUTION: A color coating method for atomized slag balls includes the following steps of: preparing slag balls(S10); successively mixing a special primer, a white pigment, and a white dry pigment with the slag balls(S20); and drying the mixed slag balls. After mixing the special primer with the base coated slag balls, color pigments with various colors are selectively mixed with the slag balls. The pigment mixed slag balls are completely dried. The slag ball preparing step further includes the steps of: washing the slag balls with one solvent of thinner, methyl ethyl ketone, and ethanol; and drying the washed slag balls at 50-60 deg.
