POLARIZING LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL AND DISPLAY APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polarizing liquid crystal panel and a display device including the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and implement a stable structure as to the change of an external environment, by using at least one base substrate as a plastic substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(212) includes a first base substrate(S11), a first electrode(E1), and a first alignment film(AL1). The base substrate is formed with a plastic. The first electrode is formed on the first base substrate without patterning an electrode layer additionally. The first alignment is formed on the first base substrate. The first electrode and the first alignment film are formed on a first plane of the first base substrate, and bonds a polarized liquid crystal panel and a display panel by interposing an adhesive member(300) between the display panel and a second plane opposite to the first plane. A second substrate(222) includes a second base substrate(S21), a second electrode(E2) and a second alignment film(AL2). The second base substrate is a glass substrate. The second electrode and the second alignment film are formed on a first plane of the second base substrate, and a second plane is formed on the opposite side, and a delay member is arranged thereon.
