PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a vibration isolating sheet is provided to manufacture a thin vibration isolating sheet, to improve the soundproof and insulating performance of the sheet, and to maintain the excellent strength of the sheet by enhancing elasticity and compressive strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a vibration isolating sheet comprises the following steps: forming a first molding product by injecting crosslinked foam waste into a mold, heating through hot wind, and pressurizing by the mold; forming a second molding product by cutting the first molding product in the thermal pressurization step into a plurality of plates; and forming a plurality of sound passages(2) to be aligned or alternated to each other on one side of the second molding product in the cutting step.
