摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily guide a vehicle approaching a power supply point to the power supply point even from a location away from the power supply point by guiding the vehicle along a path of travel to the power supply point without using an image data. <P>SOLUTION: The power receiving unit 101 receives power from the power supply point 143. A power supply efficiency calculation unit 103 carries out a plurality of calculations of the power supply efficiency which is the efficiency of the power received from the power supply point 143 by the power receiving unit 101. An amount of change calculation unit 105 calculates the amount of change of the power supply efficiency. The amount of change of the power supply efficiency per unit distance is calculated using the moving distance of a vehicle 150 when the amount of change of the power supply efficiency is calculated.
