PURPOSE: A bio-energy power generation system using an anchor mooring, a fusion power system ship with solar power generation and a wind turbine generation are provided to produce electricity without constant power. CONSTITUTION: A ship(1) performs solar power generation and wind turbine power generation. A connection board(70) comprises a circuit breaker(701), a blocking diode(702), a relay(704), and a meter(703). An inverter(710) is connected to the connection board. A sensor box(90) comprises a pyreheliometer(901) and a temperature sensor(902). A monitoring system comprises a data record(721) and a computer(722). The meter(711) is connected to the inverter.
