METHOD FOR FABRICATING SELECTIVE EMITTER OF SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a selective emitter of a solar cell is provided to prevent damage to a substrate due to heat by using a laser beam respectively irradiated to a finger electrode area and a bus bar electrode area. CONSTITUTION: A lightly doped emitter is formed in the front surface of a substrate. The front surface of the substrate is divided into a finger electrode area and a bus bar electrode area. A highly doped emitter is formed in the finger electrode area. The highly doped emitter is formed in the bus bar electrode area. A laser irradiation process is performed on the finger electrode area and the bus bar electrode area without overlapping irradiation.
