PURPOSE: A road roughness measurement device, a signal processing method thereof and a signal processing method thereof are provided to make constant road distance regardless of driving speed on a distance shaft. CONSTITUTION: A road roughness measurement device(20) comprises an acceleration sensor(21) which senses vertical acceleration of a vehicle; a driving distance sensor(22) which senses driving distance of a vehicle in a progressive direction; a vertical distance sensor(23) which senses the vertical direction distance to a road; a displacement conversion unit(24) which double integrates the sensed signals of the acceleration sensor and converts into the displacement; a signal transducer(25) which respectively converts displacement signals, which is converted into displacement from the displacement conversion unit, and a reference shaft of sensed signals of the vertical distance sensor into distance shafts based on sensed signals of the driving distance sensor; a high pass filtering part(26) which removes low frequency components of each signal outputted from the signal transducer; and a control unit(27) which produces road profiles based on the distance shaft by using the vertical distance sensing signals and displacement signals filtered from the high pass filtering part.
