PURPOSE: An oral irrigator is provided to remove leftover foods between the teeth using the high water pressure of a faucet and having a detachable form to the faucet. CONSTITUTION: An oral irrigator is screw-coupled to the outlet of the faucet and includes a module(10) which has a space in which water flows, a foam housing module(20) which is coupled to the adaptor module and has a space in which water flows, and a nozzle module(30) which is detachable to the foam housing module. The foam housing module includes: a foam housing which is screw-coupled to the adaptor module; and a foam device which foams by being embedded in the foam housing. The nozzle module includes: a foam housing connection device which is detachable to the foam housing; a hose the one end of which is coupled to the foam housing connection device; a handle part which has a space in which water flows; and a nozzle part spouting water.
