PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a carbon-metal nanocomposite using a plasma-solution system is provided to insert metal nanoparticles into the inside or outside of a carbon material, or to strongly adhere the metal nanoparticles on the surface of the carbon material by using plasma and ionic liquid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon-metal nanocomposite using a plasma-solution system comprises the following steps: a carbon material is thermally treated at 400-700 deg. C for 1-100 minutes; a mixture is obtained by mixing the thermally treated carbon material and a metal precursor with a solvent; the mixture is dispersed in a reduction solvent; and the reduction solvent in which the mixture is dispersed is processed with plasma. The carbon material is selected from the group consisting of mesoporous carbon(Com), activated carbon(Ca), carbon black(Cb), conductive carbon(Cc), carbon die(Cd), carbon fibers(Cf), carbon nanotubes(Cn), disused printer cartridges(Cp), and fullerene(C60). The reduction solvent is ionic liquid, poly alcohol, liquid paraffin, or a mixture thereof. The plasma processing is performed at a temperature of 0-250 deg. C and 30-500W of RF power of the plasma for 5-100 minutes.
