<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal stopper for personal ornaments, a stopper that facilitates operation for attaching/detaching a pin, that has simple assembling work, and that makes large cost reduction attainable. <P>SOLUTION: The metal stopper includes: a cylindrical metal stopper body; and a pin holding member fitted movably forward and backward in the cylindrical portion of the metal stopper body, incorporating a plurality of small spheres coming in contact with a tapered inclined surface of the metal stopper body in the end of the longitudinal pin insertion cylinder and enabling the gap to expand or contract, and provided with a coil spring along the pin insertion cylinder. In a state in which the cylindrical metal stopper body and the pin holding member are assembled, a flange portion is provided at each end part, with a cylindrical elastic body provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical metal stopper body between the pair of flange portions. In the metal stopper for personal ornaments, by pinching with fingers the cylindrical elastic body and pressurizing in any position, the gap between the flange portions is expanded, with the small spheres made to recede from the tapered inclined surface, so that the pin held between the small spheres is pulled out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
