<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning a flat display panel is provided to prevent a foreign substance from being discharged to the outside in advance, by vacuum-adsorbing the foreign substance generated in a head unit. CONSTITUTION: A head unit(110) includes a roller(111) and a rotary shaft(112) vertically combined to the roller. A driving part(120) transfers the head unit towards an X-axis or a Y-axis. A vacuum adsorption part sucks a foreign substance generated due to friction between a flat display panel and the head unit. An adsorption hole(135) connected to an adsorption pipe through the head unit is formed in the vacuum adsorption part. A shaft(140) supports the head unit to be in a proper height.</p> |
