MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GREEN TEA POWDER FOR DECREASING BROWNING AND BLURREDNESS

PURPOSE: A production method of green tea powder is provided to reduce the contents of foreign substances except green tea, and to maintain a green high effect on the color visibility of green tea. CONSTITUTION: General tea leaves cultivated in a shade are soaked in a copper sulfate solution. The soaked general tea leaves are washed with deionized water and dehydrated. The dehydrated tea leaves are leached with an aqueous ethanol solution or ethanol. The leached liquid goes through dry milling, and mixing with vitamin C and green tea powder. Cyclodextrins is added with 0.01-0.1 weight % compare to leaching liquid weight. Copper sulfate is added with 0.05-5 weight % based on a weight of green tea leaves.
