PURPOSE: A vacuum sensor is provided to predict a correct lifetime toward a vacuum valve of a vacuum interrupter, and to accurately sense a vacuum release and whether a defect occurrence or not of a device which always maintains a vacuum condition in use. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum sensor(20) comprises bellows(21) in which one end is fixed inside an application device by being installed inside the application device in which an inside is sealed tightly as a vacuum condition, and maintained the vacuum condition; and a signal output unit which outputs a signal according to an extension and a contraction state of bellows, when being extended or contracted to a longitudinal direction according to an internal pressure state of the application device.
