RADIO REPEATER INSTALLATION SUPPORT DEVICE, AND RADIO REPEATER INSTALLATION SUPPORT METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict an optimal place for installing a radio repeater in order to perform efficient radio communication in an automatic meter reading system collecting measurement data via radio communication.

SOLUTION: A radio repeater installation support device 1 includes: a radio meter communication range prediction part 9 for outputting a radio meter simulation result produced by predicting a radio meter communication range in virtual map data on the basis of the radio characteristic of a radio meter; and a radio repeater installation place prediction part 14 for calculating a communication range in which a radio communication path between the radio repeater and radio meter in the virtual map data on the basis of the radio meter simulation result and the radio characteristic of the radio repeater and predicting a place of an installation facility where the radio repeater can be installed within the communication range.
