<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to manage key information with high safety while maintaining processing speed and availability of a system, in configuration which performs processing of a non-contact IC card in the system composed of a terminal device and a server device. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system is composed of a terminal device 1 which has a function to access data in a non-contact IC card 3 and a server device 2. The terminal device 1 does not store key information inside which is required to access the data in the non-contact IC card 3, at least when power is off. The terminal device 1 includes a key information management program which acquires the key information from the server device 2 storing the key information through a network and temporarily stores the key information in a storage device, and a business program which receives the key information from the key information management program and executes processing to access the non-contact IC card 3 using the key information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
