PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for giving novelty (gift and bonus for sales promotion) to a customer as a service in electronic commercial transaction, and for enabling the customer to arbitrarily obtain the novelty with a simple operation without using any complicate procedure or uselessly disclosing personal information.

SOLUTION: A server device of an electronic commercial transaction service and a novelty distribution server device for achieving the convenience of a customer include: means for giving a novelty as a digital content to a member of an electronic commercial transaction service; means for notifying the customer as a member user-authenticated by using a member database, of the existence of the novelty; and means for obtaining the novelty from a content server in which the novelty is stored, by using a one-time password.
