<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error from overlapping a measurement value of CO2 density after base line correction. <P>SOLUTION: A difference Δpvi between a measured measurement value pvi of CO2 density and a moving average value pvimav of the measured CO2 density each time the CO2 density is measured; in the case where the difference Δpvi continues for a prescribed time T (for example, 12 hours) to continuously enters an allowable range ±α (for example, α=25 ppm); it is determined that the measurement value pvi of the CO2 density is saturated; and the measurement value pvi of the CO2 density at that time is replaced to a reference value (prescribed value (400 ppm) determined as CO2 density of fresh air) (a base line is corrected). Thus, base line correction is executed only in an environment in which the measurement value of the CO2 density drops in the vicinity of fresh air density, which prevents an error from overlapping the measurement value pvi' of the CO2 density after the base line correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
