<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment activity support system for efficiently matching a job seeker and a job offering enterprise. <P>SOLUTION: An employment activity support system includes: a letter of recommendation database in which a letter of recommendation created on the basis of evaluation or information of a job seeker (I) obtained through an employment activity by a job offering enterprise A which has passed the employment of the job seeker (I) is registered together with identification information and access information of the job seeker (I); a searching/browsing function for enabling another job offering enterprise B to search/browse the letter of recommendation of the job seeker (I) registered in the letter of recommendation database; and a contact function for enabling the another job offering enterprise B to contact to notify the job seeker (I) selected by the search/browsing of the letter of recommendation of a message relating to an employment activity on the basis of the access information of the job seeker (I). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
